HEALTH PRINCIPLE 1

In the early morning there must be regular exercise for atleast half an hour to every body. It will give your much better relax through the day. But drink atleast 1 liter of water before going to exercise. It is most benefit to the body to get sweat and to thrown away all the bacteria from our body.

After this exercise get fresh bath and relax for few minutes. Eat some solid breakfast like fruits, corns, egg, some healthy drink dont go for spicy breakfast. You can do Meditation and Yoga also. It will give you better relaxation to your mind.
